Anyone have experience or knowledge about nursing homes, probably the wrong forum though? I have a brother who is friends with a guy who owns a nursing home, and he has like 8 patients, makes 2k a month from them. He put the ideas into my head. He hires the nurses to do the job so it's all passive income. I'm going to talk to him soon for more information.
