Not having deep interest in niches, how to proceed? [starting entrepreneur]

I've been inactive for a few months on here since the entrepreneur mindset was frustrating me (basically me being ignorant and looking for quick money).
Now I've been starting to read books again, most of them focussed on mindset and also living on myself now, no more parents telling me what to do or to get a job.

Currently I am working at the airport to finance my rent/bills etc. I want to break this down to having my own business which will support me in the beginning to finance my basic needs, to expand this business in something big later on. The struggle I've been always been fighting at is that I have no deep desire or love for a certain niche, I don't know what I really like or interests me. Therefore for me it's hard to find businesses and get in contact with them to speak about their problems/needs.

How do I get over this barrier of not knowing what to do and just get started with a business which might fail (lessons to be learned from that) but to just have the feeling I am in control and I can run a business or learn new skills.
