Talk to a realtor and ask what your options are. If they say you're out of luck, browse newspapers, craigslist and FB marketplace for homes for sale - look for the "no credit check, no down payment" posts.
I'm young but I've found that the old fashioned route usually yields the special opportunities - EVERYONE is looking online, so the newspaper has a lot of value skew if you look there.
