I have a lifetime experience in furniture. Run a very successful high-margin niche retail business with a great angle and could easily expand horizontally and vertically, if only I had the right people. Currently, I farm out most of work, but still running retail niche furniture store alone. Nearing 60 years old and hate to watch this die with me.

Would love to hear suggestions on how to find the right people or partner to take this to the multi-million dollar level.
