New website - need suggestions

An idea struck me yesterday, heading to Target to get Coke (hopefully on sale), with Publix across the street and Winn Dixie next to it. A website to quickly check to see which brand of soda is on sale at which store. I, like a lot of people have asked, prefer one over the other (Coke vs. Pepsi) and prefer to spend ~$3 a 12-pack opposed to ~$5 a 12-pack. Many things I'm aware of:

-the site looks terrible. I'm well aware of this, and will make it prettier as time allows.

- the site needs to be optimized for mobile browsers.

- I don't want to spend an hour a week updating it by hand, so I need to learn some code to grab the prices off the store websites

-sales are not a constant; one sale might be in Florida and an entirely different one in Texas

- using the soda logos is probably illegal and I'll be getting an email about it soon

Again, any thoughts are appreciated.
