My name is David Miller. I was just talking with SteveO and he told me about this forum. You may know us as successenterprisesllc from the richdad board. If has been a while since we have posted anywhere so I hope to get to know all of you who are doing deals.

We specialize in a few areas:

1) Buying notes at a discount/ preforeclosure
2) Selling on a lease option to end buyer to maximize profits
3) Commercial Property
4) Training people to be successful investors
