My name is Jörg, I’m from Germany, and I’ve owned a training business in the Safety and Security field since 1996. Before that, I worked for many years directly in the private security industry myself. Our focus is helping people move out of the low-wage private security sector by giving them recognized, high-value qualifications – not overpriced fake courses with no real benefit.
Because of this, we became the number one provider in Germany for the highest non academic qualification in the security industry, certified by the Chamber of Commerce, which I also completed myself. Now I’m building an equally strong qualification track in the Safety field.

Right now, I’m working on making my company more systemized and less dependent on me personally. I’m currently reading Unscripted for the second time because the mindset has a strong impact on how I make decisions.
