I hail from the E and S quadrants of life. However, I have a business partner with whom I have been in a crash course in real estate investing, resulting in acquiring our first property. I am also working on learning as much as possible as building the B quadrant through internet marketing. And I am working on putting a business plan together with three other colleagues, hoping to launch in 2009.

I sure can use the input and advice that seems to reside in this forum. I look forward to learning as much as possible from all of you!
