Im currently in the stage of life where I need to immediately increase my earnings, otherwise, the 8 feet water of needs will get my head down the waters. I have the 8 hour job and am satisfied with the tasks and my colleagues.

I'm seeking to improve my finances so my side hustle or hopefully, business, can help me with my needs and lifestyle dream. I hope to have a business that pays for my other expenses, not my active job paying for it. I want my active job to pay for my needs alone. I'm trying to ask for a raise from my employer. (never know what's on the other side if i won't ask..) doesn't matter to me what will be the result. I'll take it. I just want to know if there is a chance for a raise
