Not the most efficient way to work with this kind of information. A lot of mess. Abbreviations solely are bad. Counting pennies like .52, .99 must be avoided as well. Accounting has to be easily understood even by a monkey.
With this kind of numbers, the first thing one must do is get a custom platform for statistics.

Not saying this is not valuable though.

Agreed, the template is nice and can be useful. However, I think the time could be used better otherwise trying to make money as opposed to trying to track it. You could keep this template, and when you reach a certain point, you can hand this off to a virtual assistant to keep track of your money, and you'll be able to target where the weak points are. But at that point, it just might be easier to hire an accountant.

There's no need to show each security being held. Just the brokerage account value is good enough.
