Need help adding banners to my rotating banner

I want to add more banners to my rotating banner to make the site feel more live and to advertise promotions on and things like that. When we had the website made we asked for a rotating banner, but we only put up one banner and the company is trying to charge us $75 to show us how to add banners to it.

The header is at ProGripz - Xbox 360 Controller Grips and I believe it has to be done through code because they didnt code the add banners into the admin panel. Ive gone through the code and tried everything but frankly i dont even know which exact .PHP file i need to edit, and i only know simple coding.

Here is the coding i just pulled up from clicking "view source" on the home page, this is the part that obviously includes the sliding banner:
