The reason I am taking this road is because of the following:
I would very much appreciate advice with finding a need that could be fullfilled by applying the freemium business model similar to LoopNet! I know that i got it backwards but that's the only way I could go fastlane at the moment because of the available resources I have at my disposal.

- I think that the Freemium BM is a great fastlane model (user generated content + dynamic fast easy to use interface + access to data & information & reports + No product No shipping No headaches + higher value to the user + recurring income ...
- I am capable of developing a website similar to LoopNet (not necessarly on RE) but same functionality most likely in a diffenrent niche than RE.
