I AM NOT A COACH.
My name is Sybil Stewart, and after 15 years of HR, helping other businesses help themselves while hurting employees, women and persons with disabilities, the stress became too much. My body shut down and I had to leave. What was left was a lot of credentials but a low desire to keep doing the same thing expecting something different.
I am in year two of being a business strategist and mentor to women of faith. Through trial and error, I found that this is my sweet spot though a "big named coach" told me it was a terrible idea.
I don't promise my clients to do anything I haven't already done. From corporate exit strategies to building a solid business foundation (which is what I did in the tech industry) they get a wealth of knowledge.
My goal is to help them help themselves because relying on "someone else" never works.
