So in the pursuit of building my website and building my unscripted life, I've started questioning the little voice in my head. Yesterday I was focused on finishing up one section of the product I'm creating. I made a lot of progress during the day but round about 7 pm I started getting cranky with it. I'd done the fun part and now it's a bit tedious. I was all ready to stop for the day when I realized that even though my little voice was saying I was tired and I'd done enough for the day, I really wasn't that tired. This was just a belief I had in my mind because I wasn't getting a dopamine hit from the work at that moment. And so I ignored the voice, took a little stretch break, and worked for another 2 hours. If I can keep constant vigilance over these subversive little Bs, there's no stopping me!
