as most of you already know i have a web site which deals with preforeclosure investing.
currently the site is growing but there are some changes that need to be made. it seems my site can be a little confusing.
brief: the site provides free leads to investors along with other features (also at no cost). there is a premium membership which gives access to all features.
problem: when people see there's a premium member service, they are thrown off because the domain has free in the name. also, i need to update the main site because the $ on the front seems decieving from the get go.
Possible solutions:
1. modify current site so that the premium service is more subtle. also a possible domain name change because it seems to convey it's leads only and there are many great features available. granted the free records is the major draw because no other sites provide this at the moment.
2. split into two sites. make the one site display the leads only. have a link to a "sister site" which allows them to track leads and use the other investor tools which are available.
3. provide it all for free. this would be going on the myspace idea in which you hope to gain enough customer visitors that you can make money on advertising and affiliate programs etc.
