) but I was thinking with all the threads asking questions about things directed to specific people, perhaps they could all be in one place.
My Question is to PhxMJ;
In the book, "The Millionaire Fastlane " you stated that you manged to get out of the housing market before it collapsed, what signs did you see? How did you manage to see them? Are you still doing real estate?
Same questions apply to anyone who manged to get out before the bus crashed. I am interested in knowing as I was reading something today about the ebb and flow of the global economy how it is a pattern and can be predicted. Your thoughts?
