I'm looking for young entrepreneurs to network with. I myself am 18 & from the area. Not much people my age are aware of the fastlane & it would be fantastic to meet some hustlers in my age bracket to discuss ideas with & potentially start a mastermind.

You gave your post like 4 hours before replying with a disheartened attitude dude, relax :p

Some comments:

1. You are brand new here - 20 posts. Nobody knows you from Adam.
2. You are 18 and relatively inexperienced based on the few posts I just skimmed through. Nothing wrong with being young or inexperienced of course but it does scream "I want to benefit from meeting you" instead of "Let's have a mutually beneficial meetup"
3. You want to start a mastermind but you've given nobody anything to chew on. What kind of mastermind? What are you doing that warrants a mastermind? What do others get from this?
4. You say "it would be fantastic to meet some hustlers" but you don't demonstrate in this post how you are a hustler.
5. You are asking others to help you organize a meetup. Why not just say "I am hosting a meetup in NYC on April 9th at the blablabla Hotel/Restaurant/House/Whatever, who's in?"

In short - why would someone want to hang out with an 18 year old with little experience and join a mastermind with them? You mention none of that. You also leave it wide open to interpretation with no details.

Nothing wrong with wanting to meet up with others but when you are brand new, inexperienced, and trying to meet people - give them a reason to! An established data and time isn't a bad reason to meet up because it gives the appearance of an event. Telling people what you are working on will attract like-minded individuals. Are you a coder? Say you are building an app and want to meet with other passionate coders (or whatever). Say you've done x, y, and z which makes you interesting with a unique perspective on the world - that's worth something.

What's not worth something is "I'm 18 and want to meet people who kick a$$ in NYC.... (4 hours later) Sigh.... poor poor me"

Good luck man - I hope you can pull off a nice meeting. Meetups are great. But they don't just happen - you have to make them happen and bring passion and some good reasons for people to stop their day to go and join.
