Most people dont understand this. Many doctors help them with symptoms only without actually curing the root cause of disease. There are many reasons behind this but i wont go deeo into it because it may sound like rant.
But we should focus on nutritional diet, regular exercise and quality sleep instead of taking medicine for everything. Watching video will clear most of the things.

The reason why we are prescribed pills is because they are an excellent business:
  • easy and cheap to manufacture
  • easy to store and transport
  • years of shelf life
  • insane profit margin
  • subscription-based business model

However...
If you actually fix your sleep, diet and exercise regime, most chronic health issues will vanish. I said "actually fix them" because it's a very difficult process and it requires months of work before you will see the benefits.
  • Food: remove anything and everything that causes inflammation (varies from one person to another). Every few weeks, don't eat anything for days at an end in order to trigger autophagy.
  • Sleep: 6-10 hours of sleep (depends on genetics) in a silent, cold and pitch-black room. Avoid coffee.
  • Exercise: 1-4 hours almost every day. Both strength and endurance.
  • Stress management: have friends that you trust, have a loving partner, meditate, read, write, play, and don't worry about things you have no control over.

It takes a lot of effort, but it's your health.
It's your life.
It's your choice.

PS: Don't throw away your medication. 95% of all pills are useless or even harmful, but the other 5% are life saving (antibiotics, insulin etc.).

No doubt some medicine are live saving. All of your suggestions are on point sir. It takes hell lot of effort to maintain things but if we do most of the health problems are automatically solved.
Another recent thing to mention, i got cold and then cough in end of last month. Have to go to doctor because of exam(otherwise i wouldn't have gone to suppress cold symptoms and could have given body the time to do its work). After 2 visits doc changed some pills and it wreak hell on me. Got chronic hives on both legs that itched like hell, anyways doc prescribed antihistamines again but didn't help. So i throw away all the pills and after 2 3 days was able to recover well.

Great point, and it's most helpful if we live a healthy life before getting sick. It's much harder naturally or with un-natural drugs to heal diseases after they're well developed. The thing about living a healthy life though is it's hard, it requires self reflection, and sacrifices that most of society isn't willing to give up. It requires sacrificing snoozing for working out and saying "no" to birthday cake, candy, getting drunk and fried foods with friends/coworkers just because everyone else is eating/drinking it.

I been to india a few times and the curry/indian food is unbeatable and avalible everywhere even at the road side. I went to GOA in 2000's they had just built a Domino Piza there? why when you have fresh fish and pawns cooked in mintues, Chicken tikka everywhere, the most mouth watering healthy veg and rice dishes. England's citys and towns are littered with these shitty take places, it all tastless junk. The govenment should be putting extra tax on these junk food shop and less tax on healthy food shops.

In 1910, Rockefeller and Carnegie sent Abraham Flexner around to report on Hospitals and medical colleges to create the Flexner report, demonizing natural and homeopathic medicine which would lead to the shutdown of half of all medical colleges, and even sending doctors to jail.

Rockefeller then gave 100 million to colleges and hospitals and founded the General Education Board. Their new curriculum was based around only using patented drugs. They then gave large grants to select scientists to study plan based medicine for the purpose of recreating similar effects with petroleum based chemicals which could be patented, unlike plants.

He then founded the American Cancer Society in 1913.

There are over 20,000 FDA prescription drugs approved for marketing and essentially the only ones that cure anything are antibiotics.

Well, there is nothing new, the pharmaceutical business is one of the most successful in the world. We all want to have a pill that could cure our health issues. The problem is people are lazy :) Most of us don't do much for our health until experience health problems. And I'm no exception. I didn't pay much attention to my diet and sleep regime which led to insomnia. I felt exhausted all the time but couldn't sleep at night. I took sleeping pills, but having read about them on the Canadian Pharmacy site, I found out that they can't be used for a long period of time. I ended up changing my lifestyle. Proper nutrition, regular workouts, meditation, new daily schedule - all helped me solve my problem.
