We have some stuff in writing and they won't sell within the next few years. Even if they somehow did then that's fine. I wouldn't be left out in the cold since I would get my 40%.
They are ready to buy in and take over and even throw more money at it. They wouldn't do that unless they knew they were in it for the long haul.
I think I am gonna do it. Then I will do my part, take my wage and my share and start a new business. This will give me a lot more in passive income, doing less than what I do now but more money AND working at a new business. I will probably hold off on the new business for a bit to make sure this transitions well.
I also have other projects I earn money from that I am NOT selling so I will make a bit from those too. Things seem on the up and up. I will be forming a small management team to oversee new bloggers and keep old ones satisfied. Probably will do this by niche. If anyone needs a job I will let you know when the positions are open to apply. It could be as soon as in 2-3 weeks.
