Im in a mastermind group with a couple of guys from this forum that are where I want to be or in the range that Im currently in.

I am looking to create, build, and grow a "mastermind" of 3-10 people with like interests and goals as me.

Who I am:

• 21 years old
• Graduating college at the end of this summer
• I have an eBay flipping side hustle
• I flip cars and houses with my pops
• Not a partyer, I enjoy "grinding" but it doesn't seem like that to me
• I lift weights, box, kickbox, and other martial arts.
• Teach myself languages. Currently intermediate fluency in Italian (first one started 18 months ago), next is Japanese.
• Love reading history, philosophy, business, spirituality
• Hate shallow, boring, "how's the weather?" conversations, looking to deepen this life we get to live.

My current goals:

• I own and live in a 2-4 unit multi-family property which I am house hacking and is cash flowing me $200/month in profit.
• I own a profitable business that is a proven productocracy that earns me $5,000/month in revenue.
• I have sold $10,000 worth of items on eBay this year ($2,500 so far)
• I graduated with a 3.75 GPA.
• I work remotely for a company that pays me $30+/hour that I enjoy what I do, I am learning skills and gaining experience I apply to my own business, and I am growing my network of connections.

I am not trying to be OC (out of control) with that overdone hustle and grind stuff. A group of people that come together to share ideas, actions, lessons learned, successes, and more is more than enough for me.
