So, about a year ago, I set up a little app review website with my friend. It was meant to be a little side project since he just got an iPhone, but we got lazy and I forgot about it.
Fast forward around six months ago, I log into the analytics and see it's been getting about 180 visitors a day. I thought that was decent, so I redid the theme and decided I may start working on it.
Well, I didn't, mainly because I didn't have an iPhone. Now, today I checked the analytics just for the hell of it and was shocked to see I had 800 visitors on July 6th. Ever since then, I've been averaging at about 500 unique visitors each day for the remainder of July.
Apparently I got bumped up to #1 for one of my secondary keywords and the traffic's flooding in.
Problem is, the website's pretty shitty. I have a bounce rate of about 92% and most of the content is bad.

I was just wondering... do any of you have any ideas on how to capitalize on this spike? When I first started the site, I thought it was a decent niche, since it was focusing on jailbroken apps as opposed to regular app reviews. I guess I was right, since I've only written a few articles and have some pretty high traffic levels.
Adsense hasn't converted well (made $4 this month), but I think that's because my theme is bad for it and the bounce rate is so high.
Suggestions, comments, advice? Thanks!
