Im 20 years old, operating out of a developing market. Currently, I run a 30-man operation focused on high-ticket direct response and lead generation.
The Process: My system is built on a "Filtered Sluice" model. We process thousands of data points monthly, filtering them through a 3-stage sales funnel. My role is purely "System Architecture" and management. I’ve reached a point where the machine runs 24/7, but as DeMarco says, I’m looking for the "Exit."
The Strategy:
My current goal is to hit a $1M (USD) liquidity event within the next 6 months. I am aggressively moving my cash flow into off-market real estate through "Construction Loop" contracts (Sales Promise Agreements) to hedge against inflation and secure passive income (The Money Tree).
Why Im here:
Im here to refine my mindset for the "Legal Fastlane." Once I hit my target, I plan to transition into the SaaS world, moving away from high-intensity personnel management to a more scalable software model.
