Making an app

I have an idea for an app regarding cryptos and charts.
Basically I want an app, which takes API i formation from coinmarketcap and can show them in a special way.
But I have no glue how to do it.
Where should I start?
There are pages, where one can build an app. Are they senseless?

I'd recommend a website like codementor which if you are learning coding they can help but you could also hire someone for 15 minutes to help you how to go about it.

You can hire someone to do it or you can learn something like Flutter that make a lot of things easier (at least for those with programming background).
