Right now I'm reading (listening actually) to "Watching Out For #1" by Robert Ringer.

It's a brilliant book. It's the book you need to check out if you're feeling like your environment / friends / family is keeping you from achieving your full potential.

I'm also in a modeling phase after Robert Ringer (who in turn tried to model Ayn Rand), so I'm going to bring more insight form his work on this topic.

I'll write a full review once I've finished it.
