I’ve built a B2C Fintech SaaS and I have a few paying customers.

I have tried many things to get beyond 10 users but nothing seems to work. I feel isolated as I havent met someone who’s been here before.

So looking for a coach or sparring partner who could help me break the first 100.

Interested? Please reply here with your accolades or if you don’t feel comfortable feel free to PM me.

I’m posting from mobile and had some issues, sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.

Thanks for taking the time, looking forward to hearing from you!

Morning, Phil.

I've been doing SaaS long before it was called SaaS (ASP) all the way back to shipping quarterly releases on CDs. Subscription services are hardly a new business model, but execution has changed dramatically especially in the world of software. You've picked an *extremely* competitive B2C arena (equivalent to selling fat loss supplements or home exercise programs) that's also highly marketing driven nowadays to the point where the actual product might not even matter much. That's the first thing to know. Happy to kick around a few thoughts with you.

What do you have going on and what's your background / expertise?
