Hi All,
Like everyone, I've read TMF and was totally impressed. Now I want to cross over from consumer (employee) to producer (start a business). I'm not sure what, but pretty definite about it being web based / online.
I'd like to join a team of like minded people who are serious about starting a business from scratch, or are running a business and looking for an additional partner. I prefer people in my local region of Montreal (just easier to meet) but am open to other locations. I'm a banker with lots of real world experience in the corporate world, good at managing people and resources, and good at executing ideas and dealing with numbers. I can also bring capital, time, and contacts (more financing, expertise, etc).
This is a serious intention to start or join a real business (MLMs please abstain, not interested in any pyramid schemes). My reasons: I want to get out of the rat race and start something that has the potential to deliver my freedom and the lifestyle I want. If I'm going to put 60 hours/ week at my job, I might as well put it to use for me.
