Hello everyone
I'm really happy to be a new member of this forum. Finally I found a place where I can get information and learn from people with right mindset.
My story: My name is Michael and I'm 28. I live in the Netherlands but I come from Poland. After some years of dreaming about having my own business I decided to look for new opportunities. For couple months I was looking for product which will have some value. Finally I found company which is producing a high quality product.
I've made online store using platform - very easy for someone without HTML knowledge.
After that I've created Facebook fun page and I started advertisement using Facebook Ads.
First idea was to sell it using original brand from manufacturer. Every month( it's already 4 month's) I have only few customers.
In the meantime I'm reading all books about eComerce, Sales, Marketing, Mindset, etc...still have to read many (read as many books you need to read), and I'm searching for people with experience and knowledge, who want to share it with others.
One of advices was to create new brand and sell it as a totally new product on market. I think it's good idea because it's a niche market and I have 3 or 4 competitors( one of them is more 15 years on a market)
My plan is to:
- make a new name for a product and new Logo ( I will use upwork as a help- really good)
- change layout to more professional, but I want to keep it simple
- change copy according to all advises from Brain Audit by Sean D'Souza
- get feedback from customers why did they buy - it will help create perfect customer's profile
- create Ads addressed to potential customers - niche
And here is the point. I'm stuck at 1 task. How to create effective name for a product? Should it be descriptive or memorable?
What's important I want to sell it world wide in future, so the name should be easy to pronounce in many languages...i think
What advice do you have all, where to make research or get any inspiration?
Thank you in advance.
