This is hilarious. This lady wants to auction away her bar at $150 per ticket - 4000 tickets total.

= $600,000 valuation.

My friends want to buy a ticket....... LOL

So she has had her assets appraised the estimated value is $144,000.... No financial statements to speak of. The rules are severely skewed in her favor.... she doesn't own the building.. all you win are the business assets and the name... You HAVE TO Negotiate a lease with the landlord before you can claim the prize...

LOL yep, because if you bought a ticket and won, you would think rationally when singing a lease to get hold of your winnings..

For those of you that dont know this restaurant is in Toronto, on Danforth Ave. This street has moderate traffic but the area has been slowing down. Rents are extremely high, a bar of her size would probably pay rents in the $8,000 to $12,000 per month.

It's not a very popular bar - I've never heard of it.

But anyway, I believe that the raffle won't take place because she wont sell enough tickets to meet her "minimum" quota that shes' dreamed up her business is worth.
