Local Biz Internet Marketing

Anyone ever research this type of business service locally?

I have been thinking about this type of service since I had helped
my old CPA firm build a simple website that brought in a lot of new
business and I didn't even try.

I figured if you targeted one client per niche i.e. mexican restaurants
- and offered to generate business for them by building a website
that gets targeted traffic or improving on their internet presence by
offering a monthly/yearly service.

you could even outsource a lot of the work??

any thoughts - any drawbacks to something like this?
Just doing some brainstorming - my goal is to replace my job
with a part time biz
