I need help.
What do you do when you can live anywhere, you’re in your 20’s, you make mid six figures remotely, etc.
I don’t know what to do.
Big city apartment?
Do you just travel and Airbnb it for a month at a time?
Both?
What’s the correct answer for this?
The problem is 95% of the time people give terrible answers and their lives are shitty. Very very few people have everything dialed in whose lives look like a dream.
Right now I am in Washington. I’m near Tacoma. The weather is gross. The people are liberal (ugly). Seattle would be great if I had an interest in fentanyl and public defecation but unfortunately I don’t.
What are the guiding principles you look at when designing your dream lifestyle for a period of your life?
What does winning look like in this situation? Who is the best? What is the pinnacle? My biggest problem is things not being easy to rank and go after the best. “Whatever you prefer, whatever makes you happy” is my least favorite answer. Winning makes me happy. I need to know what first place is so I can get it.
I need to put a plan together as this business continues to grow because I don’t really even need to be here permanently.
The only things I like about here is I’m on the lake and summers are nice and I was raised here. The view is nice each morning. But there’s no action. What do the winners do when they’ve made it?
I like warm weather. I like beautiful women of the same culture as me. I want to be near the action.
Dubai?
Miami?
LA?
Buy a sailboat and live on it for 6 months sailing through the ocean?
Build a cabin alone in Alaska?
What would you do?
What does the perfect day look like?
Who do you know with the perfect life?
I prefer challenges too. I don’t really enjoy comfort all that much. It rots you.
I would severely regret getting older and not really squeezing the most out of this. I’m young, fit, and free. Worlds at my hands. The F*ck am I doing sitting in some shit part of the world letting time tick away while it rains? What a goddamned waste.
It will be a year until I’m ready to leave things and be fully remote, I’m just preparing for next year.
