Lessons I've learned within 2 years of pursuing the fastlane - 14 to 16

Hello everbody,

I first read the Millionaire Fastlane back when I was 14, and shortly after joined this forum. It has completely changed my mindset and here are some valuable lessons I've learned over 2 years.

• Learn as many skills (at least fundamentally) as possible to see what you are interested in, what's scalable/has the most opportunity
• (At least while you're a teenager) Keep things 60/40, 70/30, 80/20 - whatever seems the most fit to you, it has greatly helped in keeping me consistent with the pursuing of the fastlane
• Find similarly minded friends, most preferably close to your age as they can make a world of difference
• Connect, connect, connect: Find connections, speak to people, they can be invaluable
• Developing charisma is essential. The ability to communicate through words, body language and more is irreplaceable.
• Try and fail: You will fail once, twice, maybe even more. What's important is that you keep trying. Failing is a lesson.
• Focus on the present and journey, rather than the end goal. It will keep you consistent.
• The "road" will not be linear. You will have ups and downs.
• Money is abundant, time is not
• A mindset cannot be taught, it can only be practiced (Tips can very much help though)
