Hey guys I was just wondering how you personally keep track of all of your customers along with other businesses you conduct business with. Do you use straight forward CRM software or do you have another way of achieving this?

Depends on how complex all this is, and what kind of platform you are using for your store, and how many customers you have.

If your business is new, I'd caution against doing anything complicated since it'll just distract you.

Speaking from 20 years in IT....it matters less what you use than how disciplined you are at using it! Pen and paper can be good too... :)
