Just got done with TMF . What a read. Cover to cover in about 3 days. I have actually always been of the fastlane mindset, much to my family's frustration (I am 22, they are slowly coming round to it). Although my "lightbulb" was going crazy as I read the book.

The book couldn't have come at a better time, a year ago I embarked on my first (sort of first, I had an eBay business when I was 16) business. It didn't take me long to realise it was a job disguised as a business. And as such I am discontinuing service to focus on my next venture, which I actually got the idea for from frustrations in my first business! This time it meets the five commandments...

So basically I'm just here to say hi, I'm loving the forum so far, it excites me when I discover a forum full of people genuinely interested in the success of other members. Kudos guys.

Making a Fastlane out of a frustration in your prior businesses? That's brilliant! That would represent a possible need of a thousand other business owners.
the lightbulb craziness will be your guide and pointer to opportunity after opportunity. It is a gift of creativity and dynamism that most don't have. Make the best use out of it. It's yours!
eBay businesses can be lucrative, but then again other people control the channel. It would be better to have multiple channels to display your value in the future.
Do continue to read up (there's lots of other recommended books in the Fastlane bookstore section) and create good value for others!
