Just got a business opportunity, trying to turn it passive

My girlfriend in china is starting a new business shipping things from the states. So Im to go to a tax free state and rent a home to recieve items. Her and her partner there will pay me $3000 per month, free rent pay per the pound. Not bad for a job to sit on my a$$ waiting for boxes, but I want to definitely improve it.

First act would be hiring someone to take over for me and setting up a video monitor system to watch them. Set up a LLC and get that structure of it up.

My goal is to rack up some cash from this and rent a legit warehouse.Then I can market on my end, find other clients. If the warehouse has a office I have an assortment of services to add onto it for local people.

ANYWAYS..my goal is to make this a passive investment that pays me when Im away and only have to work on it a minimum amount of time.

I know marketing is very key to growth.What Im missing:

1. Does anyone have suggestions to better "fastlane" this
2. Would I have to hire a CPA or is there a web based company that can issue paychecks and keep track of things. I would likely screw up paying peoples medicaid for instance, Im sure theres a service for this out there, can someone drop a name.
3. Is anyone familiar with those mailbox stores? I considered making this part of the business model. Like taking the office part of the warehouse(when I get it) and turning it into a mailbox store. However I cannot find any solid info on how to set one up. My main concern is how do you get boxes such as 111 light street #2, #5, #6 etc. There must be some regulation to this from the postmaster, but I do not with to pay someone 80K to help consult me on that aspect, as I see is the average price for this.Crazy.
