Ok, i just felt like sharing this because i feel a lot of people who are starting businesses come here with an idea in mind, are looking to get started on the "FastLane Road" and haven't got the slightest clue what to do next.
Now this is more then just an article about funding. i'm not sure whether or not the author (Founder/CEO) of groove is aware of the "Fastlane" principal and mindset. But in this post, he sure hammered the nail right on the head.
So many people believe that being fastlane means having a start-up valued at $2.9b and being featured on TechCrunch and chased down by big VC firms.
Reading this article should really help put things into perspective. When i read it, i thought "I know, right!" because i am already of this mindset. For those of you who haven't already figured it out. This might help if you think it through.
I hope to one day in the next few months get the opportunity to host a AMA thread based on SaaS idea inception to Launch in 6 months and under $10k spent. That's right, i am almost launched and am doing it on under $10k. I hope i can at least get the opportunity to share some tactics with you guys. (When the time is right)
Anyway, give this a read, do the exercise. You just may find the "Fastlane" mindset needed to achieve your ACTUAL goals.
