found this video from this guy John Sonmez who coaches people in business (he's a multimillionaire entrepreneur himself) talking about a 5 step plan to start a business/ side hustle:

I think it could be helpful. Can I ask that you please watch it. His logic makes sense to me, and I was going to start a blog about a specific niche I've chosen like he advises, build up an audience, and then come up with some products to sell them (don't quite know what yet, but I have some ideas).
Does this sound like it could work to you experienced and successful guys out there. This would be my first business venture.
