In this thread I’m gonna share with you what I want to accomplish in the next weeks, months, years. I’m launching my own company, it's a metal construction company. As a metalworker, I’m obsessed with metal and creating stuff with it! My company will start manufacturing yard gates & fence systems for farms, yards and homes.
I’m planning to build railings, stairs and window frames for architects and builders. I’m thinking about offering a 24h welding and repair service, since I’m based in the countryside.
My plan for the future is: personal Freedom.
I’m not making rigid plans or goals Why? Because I don’t know what tomorrow holds, I’m not God! Setting a goal like ‘10 employees and a million bucks in a year’ feels like a trap. I don’t want to stress myself out over arbitrary targets. No, life is unpredictable and I don't want to make stupid decisions based on my ignorance and then feel like a failure just because I set a goal and couldn't achieve it. I’m keeping things flexible instead of locking into a rigid business plan. I want to adapt as I go, but my focus is on building a sustainable metalworking business. I've been trapped in my head for the last 8 months with, how can I do it? How’s this even gonna work? BUT NOW IT'S OVER. I'm starting NOW and just as I grow, my business will too and God willing I will become a successful independent entrepreneur!
I will keep you updated in this thread and I’ll share my wins and screw-ups (and how I solved them) but this will not be my diary! I'm not going to post to-do lists because they’re pointless, every day’s a new adventure and I’m grinding to make my dream come true! I don’t need a school-style list to run my day lol
