I decided to share this with you guys because it "hit me like a rock", so i hope it helps other people too.
- It's all about the little things we do (or we don't do)
- Every decision is important, even the tiny ones.
- Anything we want is build in the moment (not in the long term), is built in the moment of a series of decisions, and the things we do in the moment are insignificant, they're little. The things we do to be successful if we do them in that day we're not successful, and if we don't do them we don't fail neither. The difference between doing the right activity and the wrong activity is so insignificant in the moment that it doesn't seem to matter. The little decisions we make ( ex.: reading a book instead of watching tv) every single day MATTERS . We only build big things by doing little things in the moment that seem insignificant. When we really get this, it become so empowering because we realize that we can achieve what we want to and we always could have, we just weren't doing those little things consistently and precisely over a long period of time with a good attitude to have success.
- The "trick" is to understand the compounding effect of everything in our life (not just money).
- Take responsibility for our actions. 90% of the things we do to be successful in any area of our life, is done by our self, with nobody else around. We should not blame because when we blame, we lose control.
-All the things we got to do to be great are pretty much insignificant in the moment, but if we understand the compound effect, it all makes sense.
-People don't change their life's by quantum leap, but by little things. Little things that seems to make no difference the act of doing them, but if they just to them over and over again consistently and precisely, the good will add after a certain period of time.
Road blocks that prevent people from applying this simple philosophy

- Need for a confirmation that is working. 80% of the work needs to be done before we see its results. That's difficult for people special in today's society where everything is instant gratification.
- Lack of Faith. We need to believe that what we are doing can achieve the results we want to when we are not getting them.
