I recently changed my pre-revenue business from ExaSeer (offshore staffing) to MangoLLM (AI / LLM services) since the latter is a much better fit for my domain knowledge and expertise.

Now I'd decided to focus on privacy LLM. There is existing free open source like Ollama and PrivateGPT but it can be very technically challenging to install and/or get working together. What I have done is developed a native Windows copy, installer, and launcher that I call "PersonalGPT 1.0" and you can read about it at MangoLLM.

The dilemma I am having, which leads so my main question on need, is that I'm not getting any sales or signs of interest yet. It is difficult because the staffing also had no sales. With the feedback "gumballs" it's very difficult to act/assess/adjust here.

According to my research the ideal customer profiles are:

  2. Tech Startup Founders
  3. Boutique Business Intelligence Firms
  4. Custom Software Development Agencies
  5. Digital Marketing and Content Creation Firms
So I am seeking feedback on need, as well as tips on how to get feedback or other ways to gauge interest.
