Is it possible to sell an app?

Hey!
I'm planning to create a game app and publish it in the Play Store.
It might get me some money through AdMob's ads.

But is it possible to sell it to any purchaser after it has made some money? Or is it just possible for websites?
If yes, do you believe the EBITDA multiplicator is as good as those of websites?

Actually I have a 2nd question: Does an app really comply with the Commandment of Control? Because the Play Store can shut you down in a few hours.
