I want to make my own app. It's going to be a very complex app, is this possible
Yes, thought it's very difficult and expensive. The time cost, money cost and oppurtunity cost is very high to make a functional app. You can use Bubble, and then use a wrapper to wrap it into a hybrid app, but wrappers are insanely expensive. Look at this one:
Pricing | MobiLoud
$1500 start up fee, for just wrapping it
$350 monthly just to keep it up.
So yeah, a website is a lot cheaper in every way.

So if it's not 100% neccesarry to make an app, then do that. But otherwise a website is much better, unless you have a few $100k to spend.

Or learn to code (time) + ChatGPT (free) + Copilot ($120/yr) + $100/yr developer fee = $220/yr

Sure, however learning to code (enough to build an app) takes a ton of time. So if this is a business you can see yourself do in 1.5 years, the go for it
