I’m based in Quebec and studied finance before starting my career in corporate, mostly in analytical roles (strategy/business development/financing). On paper, it’s a safe “slow lane” track, steady income, good savings, no debt. But I know long-term, I want to build something of my own.
Right now, I’m stuck at the ideation stage and finding problems / needs worth solving. I'm also stuck in a "hedging mentality" -- for better or worse, that is, trying ot find a more cushy job, while building on the side (I might be fooling myself).
