International Replication Question

Hi guys,

Is it illegal to replicate the business idea or service of a company in another country that does not have that particular thing? There exists a company in London that is a website/marketplace to rent any item you want and search for sellers. I'd like to replicate this in my family's country but I don't know if this is just straight up illegal.

The idea? No. Their brand name, logo, style, colors, etc? Maybe.

Not at all. Only if you're using their intellectual property or brand name.
