I am constantly learning about Instagram advertising and feel this has good potential for reaching my target audience, through a variety of strategies. I find it very difficult to build up my Following list and am considering experimenting with the Instagram Ads.

Can i kindly please ask how you can do research to find the most ideal audience for your Instagram Ads if you was doing an image based advertisement please, targeted towards people interested in Nutrition? If you kindly had any thoughts on this i would be forever grateful and thankful it would mean the world to me.

Lastly, can i please ask what payment model would be the most cost effective for Instagram Ads, such as cost per click (CPC) or cost per engagement (CPE) please? If you kindly had any thoughts on this i would be forever thankful and it would be highly appreciated.

When it comes to advertising on meta platform you get charged per view at least at the start this will be your only option.

Videos of Influencers, and people that are good in front of a camera always perform better than image ads.

But combine both, customers get tired of seeing the same video over and over.
