First:It is difficult if you do not know how to do.
Second:You know how to do,but you cannot do it,it is also risky.
Third: you can do it and others can also do it,if do not know China culture and some social psycology,you still have problems.
Fourth:Always think twice before you want to do business in China.
I read a poll that 40+ Americans thought China is richer than USA,of course totally wrong,though there are many investment opportunities.
I read articles call on not to do business in China,this is coward and not right too.
