I'm reading Unscripted and had a question about it. Once you've gotten validation (soft proof) for your business idea and you're onto the process path, should you always incorporate? You'd have to incorporate and dissolve the corporation each time your prototype fails (which could be a lot of times).

Not necessarily.

My corporation is Viperion Corporation. That could be an umbrella for many things. Really depends on how you name your company and what "DBA" options are available in your state/country.

Of course not.
I have one company in Estonia. I’m testing bunch of stuff under it and only make new if something works. Also, you don’t have to have the same company and brand name etc. You can build different brands and websites for example, under one company.
