Incentivizing Consumer Financing (without expense to me)

I've found that I can finance customers through GE Financial with a six month no interest, no payments program but the discount rate is 3%. Currently the business is primarily a net 30+ business with a few paying early and most general contractors paying "when they get paid" which is stressful when half of the A/R falls into that category. I need to come up with a way to basically force everyone into the financing option while at the same time not cutting my profits by 3% or pricing myself out of the market.
