Hey all, have enjoyed reading a lot on these forums over many years. Finally time to get more involved!
I'm a business owner bringing a new kind of service to market that has a few years of price-point validation, and highly satisfied clients. Struggling with predictable customer acquisition and that has held back growth of the business as planned. Now sitting between a rock and a hard place with some investor funds raised, and a big loan, and poor revenue performance this year. Have regrouped and getting back to basics now. We are expanding via franchising with a model (fractional franchising) that works better for franchisees than our standalone facility does.
I also have 2 RE investment properties, both in negative cashflow now after rental rates dove and costs went up in the last few years. Aiming to do a minor renovation in one and have a higher-valued unit in that property (I like in a part of it), to offset costs.
I'm exciting to get in here for fresh perspective, better decision-making, and getting back to the fundamentals of building scalable wealth-building machines through hard work and smart decisions.
