Someone should make a mobile app that can detect where the user is, and then show them what a storm surge would like. They could choose how high the water would be, and it would overlay a picture from the camera with the simulated water. Then they could take a picture and share it online. "What my car would look like in a 6ft storm surge, here in Miami". Something like this:
