I have a father who is one of the top people in his line of work in our area. he has a co owned company starting up however they have no advertisement, a bad filing system that seems to be improving slowly and a co-owner who is potentially a very good partner but after a bad divorce and the death of his father a few years later has seemed to become unreliable. I've tried to help him see that his business attitude and general life ideals are slowlane to say the least but its hard for a son to tell his father he's doing things wrong and get taken seriously. He has an opportunity to take charge and make some serious money and possibly even start branching out once set up in our area, but he's more comfortable being an employee and assuming no responsibility for the failure of a company than helping to step up and making the necessary changes which would lead to almost guaranteed success. I've finished the millionaires fastlane and want him to read it at his leisure to show him that he needs to change his thinking but i need other ideas! help?
Thanks folks!
